This is wasting so much of my time can you not unban me you're self ?

 

Toad is friends with a lot of mods. There was a discrepancy one time with a mod who gave korilla and toad a bunch of items to build. Toad is a good guy who's been on the server for a very long time. I trust him enough to invite him to my island as well as the new spawn area to help me build. He is not a thief and he is not a scammer. He has fun helping others build. I understand why this ban came about due to the simple fact you do not know them well.

A ban should not be given to any of them. However regardless of this situation I still personally feel all these diamonds and any iron should be taken away from you. When the problem happened with that mod crew should have rolled you both back and given you both items as he sees fit.

Korilla I do not trust because of the problem we had with him thinking its okay to take diamond blocks off luke's island. This is another reason why I do not believe the diamonds korilla has are legit. Toad's diamonds I trust are legitimate. He did return them and doesn't deserve a ban however I am being very honest right now and is only right to not be biased.

Both of their spawner total count are legit.

In addition, toad was building a nether warp area and was given the okay (as well as the materials) to do so.


EDIT: I just remembered the spawner glitch. You both probably helped yourselves to a few spawners before it was patched but I am not the judge of that. It appears as though Noobcrew is getting involved in this appeal so whatever his decision is will be the final word.


I do 100% support Toad's unban though.

 

Im just saying that i only have like 20 diamonds and armour , i hope this doesn't affect any thoughts on me :/

 

Adding in SLG, I've been to his island mutilple times, the amount of Co-opers his had is uncountable

Yes, Toad is always switching coop partners. Its ridiculous. One day he would have a few people the next day he would have another set of individuals.

 

This is true as i do have many donor coopers they leave stuff thats irelevent to them on my island like grass mud ect, Korilla might of duped spawner's but im sure noobcrew knows (as i brought a few) that my 6 are legit as are my diamonds and 1 set of diamond armour the other set korilla gave me so its up to you what you do with it :/ Chain armour ect was legit my iron blocks were legit and gold ect. I DO NOT CHEAT, just thought i has to get that out there.

EDIT : Im a very ocd'd guy so if i dont like something on the island or it looks out of place i have to point it out and can get very temperamental about things like that, that may be the reason people leave :/ I used to be on an island by myself but i miss people to work with, now i think of it i should properly just go solo again :/

 

The main reason for this all is because of the problem(s) with korilla. You simply got in the way. If it were up to me I would have banned korilla but I do not have the proof to base my ban upon. Most of the evidence I have is "strong" circumstantial evidence.

As stated before, I support your unban and I hope noobcrew can figure out the best solution to this problem (ie, taking away items from both of you).

 

Slg, honestly.. For some players this isnt un-common. Although 2 stacks of diamonds is a bit much... Noobkila before he was mod haad 25 spawners. honestly SLG, its up to you. You were the banning mod.

 

I am at the point where I would like to unban Toad, HOWEVER, I'm waiting on Crew's opinion at this point.

Also, the server seems to be down, so I can't do anything about it right now anyway.

I do, however, still question Korilla's items. I will confiscating items before unbanning you, and a close eye will be kept on you and Korilla.

 

I respect his decision, maybe i just wasn't in the right place at the right time, i hope this can be resolved, as i said before i also hope people don't judge me on this :/

What items will you be confiscating because most of the stuff in my ender chest is legit and took along time, 20 diamonds and 6 spawner's are mine but the other diamonds and spawner's are his. Please dont make me basicly start from scratch for korilla's mistake?

In my opinion most (if not all) of korilla's diamond items should be taken. 1 set of diamond armor should be left for toad as well as his diamond gear should be left alone. Some gold blocks should be taken. Leaving him with like 30 - 40. Iron blocks should not be touched. Anything else is up to you. (that is my opinion once again)

 

Yea I had 4 spawners all designated to mass produce zombie pigmen. Not 25 lol.

 

SLG when the server is up could i show you what items i earned legit and i will be 100% honest about it

 

Well it wasnt you then. Someone had a room built of entirly gold blocks with 25 spawners in it

 

It was tubby(something) He was dedicated in making a building out of pure gold blocks.
