This one line stood out at me. So you don't respect all players? Mods should respect all players.
3-5 hours. Where did you get those numbers, if anything you are on 1 hour at the max.

 

i totally agree with yoshi why would you not respect players who dont respect you sure they might say mean things but if your actully a moderator and dont respect them....Its not being so good as a moderator.

Mods should respect all players. Ex. someone may have been scammed and have no proof, and you have to tell them without proof, I can not ban they person and/or replace your scammed items. The person may get mad at you and start to yell at you. I would tell them to calm down and make sure you record and screenshot your trades, incase you get scammed, your items can be replaced, instead of disrespecting them as well.
