The discussion has turned more into heated arguments and bashing of the staff rather than anything constructive. Any points of actual feedback, we have seen, read, and will keep in mind. As with anyone or any team, there is always room for improvement.

I personally do not look into staff reports or various staff matters, but I fully trust Kerahna and Krissy to handle them. I have reviewed the situation regarding CraftWithAbbie's report and have not found any staff misconduct. As typical, staff can also provide their own evidence to disprove any false claims made by other individuals. Krissy has supplied a response before and if you feel my judgment is wrong as well, then you may contact me, though I feel from what I have seen, there has been a lot of talking in circles at this point.

I am proud of our team and I believe we do an exceptional job on upholding basic common sense and respect to our players. Instances of misconduct or staff abuse can of course always occur, as staff are volunteers and everyone is different. The actions of mods are logged and we take reports very seriously, your report was never entirely ignored. There are a lot of internal discussions when things happen, but know that working as a staff member is a continuous job and a learning process, punishments or demotions depend on the situation and have occurred to others many times before. Rules exist for both players and staff.

As for some posts on this thread, it can't be a coincidence that some individuals that have been broken the rules or banned before do not have the best perspective of certain staff members or our staff team as a whole but you are free to have an opinion. At the end of the day, we only want our players to have a positive experience and server rules or guidelines are in place for a reason.

CraftWithAbbie, you should know that you have caused tension and have broken the rules on various occasions, we can't expect everyone to get along with everyone, but it would be best to put things aside and to move forward with those that you may have issues with.
