Bump. Let's add elytra flight as a optional toggle, along side /fly on our own island settings options. For those that wish for no flight or elutras on their islands this could benefit us in the ways stated, for those that see this as an elytra nerf, 99% of the server you'll still be able to fly around. It could be just a few players that may choose to include elytras under no fly.
