No he means it's not Crew who gives the updates, their are no updates on the lawsuit according to the court records

 

I'm saying that there are no updates for crew to give. I am of the belief if there were some, he should provide them to the community without us having to check manually.

 

Doubtful of that though

 

I'm aware, it's just there hasn't been any major changes, I'm sure there has been some movement that isn't easily accessible on records, and I understand that Crew knows of them, but I suspect he is only giving updates on major things at the moment as he is presumably busy with the suit and server

 

This is just unfair, i feel bad for you noobcrew

 

mb there was actually updates (even from before I posted that) -
notable things:

• a physical usb drive being mailed with 2 youtube videos on it
• noobcrew doing a testimony (skyblock was originally going to have been called skycube, but was decided against)
• there was a survey of 400 people from some marketing company which claimed 0% of correspondents thought of this skyblock being "skyblock"
• microsoft & others sending some screenshots of planetminecraft skyblock maps that were uploaded in 2012 (do they not realise skyblock was uploaded in 2011? idk im probably missing context)
• SO MANY ADS WHY CANT THEY USE AN ADBLOCKER TO GET THESE SCREENSHOTS
• this reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/feedthebeast/comments/w1980x/create_crushing_wheel_personified/ is being used as evidence it seems? it was that and an ad in a screenshot so idk,
• there will be an in-person trial thingy at some point?
