Here is a list that will be updated with commands that don't work at either warp hostile, nether or both for seemingly no reasion

/shops find owned/shops find wanted
/mail
/trash (especially annoying since you can't drop items at warp hostile
/sit
/disguise (yet you can use a disguise and enter a portal)
/local and /global (annoying if you enter in local and can't switch)

No support. Bring with you what you need to the nether. It keeps it challenging rather than just buying new tools and food etc.

It's a public warp so ig that's why. Generally hacks arent allowed in public warps, including some player rank perks like disguises.. Being disguised as a nether mob could lead to trolling/griefing players in the nether. So No Support to these two, although I support the rest. Chat modes being changeable and /visit though you can do /is so it makes sense for visit too.

 

You forgot /pm, I feel like a ghost when I can't pm someone directly, but atleast /r works

 

You still need to go to the shop to buy things. You'd lose your position in the nether.
