Safe to say I've technically known you for more than a year, and even if I agree with the inactivity and that you should try to engage more, I feel like we need another friendly face in the staff team. I support.
One thing I must say is that every conversation I've seen you have with other people is nothing but sweet and kind. You are extremely respectful to others and I feel that you will make a great helper. Your energy allows you to become approachable and I believe this is imperative for staff applicants so that new and old players both feel comfortable asking for support. Best of luck! Thank you for the support I will admit that I did comment on a few, few month-old comments to get my ranking up. At the time, I didn't know it was against the rules, and there were no active posts to comment on. If I remember correctly (this was years ago,) I deleted the posts when I found out and waited for posts on forums to get them legitimately. If not, I have made the post/comment requirements since then by a 10 fold. I have also created posts on the forums. Events, suggestions, bugs, support on helper apps, etc. If you want to not support me for this then that is your right, but in the future, I would prefer constructive criticism, instead of argumentive posts . Thank you for reminding me of this because I completely forgot lol.
Wasn't this years ago? From what I heard I'm pretty sure Emy didn't know the rules, and I think they have grown since then/that really wasn't neccessary to bring up. Either way, still support you Emy and excited to see you as a helper.
Yeah I’m not too bothered, was just wondering if it was the same dude. my main issue is just the inactivity on eco, it’s not that you have to play for a certain amount of hours every week but you just gotta drop in every now and then to make yourself known and interact with the community/new players. As of now it’s been around a week since you last logged into eco which in my opinion doesn’t look great. it’s been shown a fair few times that you won’t interact with the other half of the server and when you take into account that your applying for a server wide role it’s a bit odd. can’t really comment on anything else because I haven’t had too many interactions with you before. If you were as active in economy as you are in survival then I would have nothing to complain about, fix these issues and I’m sure you’ll be Gucci gang
Well yeah, If I had a suggestion to Emy to become more likely to get accepted I would say be more active on eco, understandable that they haven't much so far though because you have to be motivated to play usually
Yeah well you’d think a year and a half of people telling you to be more active on economy would probably give you the motivation to be active on economy

Not everyone has to be active on eco, there are different servers for reasons. If someone doesn't want to main eco or even play eco at all, they don't have to. You cannot force someone to be active solemly because everyone else on that server wishes they would be more active there.
If I didn't "endlessly bump it" as you put it, my staff application would be removed. You are supposed to bump it every 5-7 days to prove activity. On your other point. If you read through my forum posts, you would realize I have tried contacting several members that have no supported or neutraled me, with either no, or hostile response. I can only do what I can do. I cannot main both servers, but I am trying to be more active on economy. I am currently taking 7 college classes so it is hard. I am not superwoman. thank you for your feedback.
I am more active than most players. The only days I cannot be on for more than an hr or 2 are Tuesdays and Thursdays. What I am saying is that Its hard to main two servers.
if you have to bump it every week so it isnt closed maybe that should tell you that people arent wanting to fight for your position in the staff team. Its not about maining both servers, its about joining both at least once a week which really isnt hard and it should be expected when your applying for this type of role as to the hostile responses i can see that even when the people that have tried to explain their negative feedback do explain, they were met by rude comments from your supporters, which doesnt look too great on your behalf in my eyes.
I have never once told anyone to be hostile on my behalf, and I am not trying to be hostile. I try my best to take negative feedback to heart, but it is hard. I have been being scrutinized for over a year. I feel like I have to be perfect and even then it doesn't please people. Somedays I look at this post, and I just cry because I feel like I can never be enough. I put my heart and soul out to help people, and it is never enough. If I never make it to staff that's fine. I am NEVER going to stop helping people. I am not going to stop welcoming people to this server. I should not be held accountable for other people's "hostility" even though it is just people trying to support me. Also, other people commenting on my post doesn't stop the inactivity claim. The person posting has to comment weekly. If they do not comment for more than a month, even with other people commenting, their post is closed.
not gonna read whole thing too late and too tired so just scanned the few bits Im not saying that your making people be rude on your behalf but it doesnt look good when people are throwing insults just to try and help you, you dont see that happening on any other staff members page to my knowledge and that is the standard that you should be going for. At least call the people out and tell them that even though they support you it isnt acceptable to start giving out insults to the people that dont as it looks bad on you. at the end of the day if your crying over being a helper on a minecraft server it might be best to step away from ts gang
This is a ridiculous take. Emy is online from about 4-5 and 7-9 eastern basically everyday, not afk but actually online, Emy is one of the most active and consistent players on the server.
