Pretty much not worth it, but I can help you out narrowing it, even tho I haven't checked them since days after update lol. I'm talking about skyblock server, I don't know if they made any changes between servers as I've never checked them out on economy.
Everything that has been removed I'd assume soppy/crew increased every other item probability equally. Trims are 1.20 thing but I think I've read somewhere they would disable trims on loot chests if 1.20 would ever come.
Nether Fortress – Minecraft Wiki > No diamond and no obsidian.
Ruined Portal – Minecraft Wiki > No obsidian and no bell.
Bastion Remnant – Minecraft Wiki All structures > No lodestone, no spectral arrow, no crying obsidian, no iron ingot(I might be wrong on this one, but I haven't found any on these structures), no iron block, no ancient debris, no banner patterns, no pigstep, no netherite scrap or ingot, no glowstone, NO QUARTZ, no diamond and no diamond armor( They discussed diamond tools, but I'm assuming they haven't been added).
To be honest, I was expecting all of these, but I was hoping we would get a bonus out of it like quartz, which would actually make people hunt these on skyblock.

 

I just raided a bastion and can confirm iron ingots are in the chests, but not many - I think I got 5 ingots from the whole bastion.
