First, let me say I completely understand why buckets are disabled in the nether in general. Lava needs to not be easy to spawn. That said... For those of us who want to semi-automate frog-light farms, it would be nice to be able to pick it up and re-use it between nether resets. It's not a ton of money, and we do get powder snow buckets from quests fairly frequently, but being able to use it in the future would be very nice.
