Implemented Fix Mooshroom spawner #3 at /warp passive

    Can we get /warp passive fixed on Economy for the 3rd Mooshroom spawner. The third one (closest to the ladders/next to the wall between cows and sheep) doesn't have any mycelium near it so it never spawns mooshroom cows.

    While we're at it, if someone could uh...fill in the gaps between the leaves - sometimes mobs spawn in the 1x1 block gaps there, and because of stacking they just keep ending up there making it only possible to hit them using kill aura (or similar), which is obviously illegal at public warps.

    This was reported over a year ago.
    In that time we’ve had built at least 3 new entire warps for the purpose of head hunts, but they haven’t place a handful of blocks to fill these gaps.
