Hi. I have played on skyblock many months. I have had so many good times on the server and i want to keep it that way.
So im thinking of we need to make something new. The server is 10 steps behind from how players play it. Just look the crates we open. In the legendary crate theres 2-3 items that can be used. The rest is legit trash.
I have talked to many people and we need a change of how it is, please im begging.

Heres some ideas.

-PvParena (u loose the loot in side of it, and u can earn something on it).
-Update the Crates you open.
-Missions to do.
-New rare items
-Nether updates.
-Lightzone/darkzone. (if you dont know what that is, check youtube many servers have it.)


I know theres no dev but please put some effort into the server. Its a sinking ship. Im not even kidding.

I dont mean to be disrespectful in any way i just want a change.

There are developers, at least as of 2 months ago.

Idk how to react with support lol Dx, but I definitely agree with this! People been asking for so much essential stuff but we just getting ghosted for real. They know what's going on but prefer to ignore. Please protest respectfully, it's our only right, save skyblock!
Stop covering in fear, no one will punish you for giving your opinion as long as you're being respectful, you're only hurting the servers just being quiet.

We get new rares almost every month

 

The state of the server is in one man’s hands and although there seems to be a wanting to make improvements, it’s not eventuated.
Forget about new things, I’m still waiting for all the broken things to be fixed.
Can’t just slap a new coat of paint on this thing. Need to get under the bonnet and get to work on fixing

 

I do not agree with new rares comes very often. Its the same type of thing that comes, i LOVE the idea of the heads but we need also more rare stuff, its the same thing always that happens when dps come. I mean common, u gotto feel me on this one. We need more stuff. Its legit dead bro... . New rares can also be other stuff thats not possible to get on the server. We can get new enchants from plugins that are rare. We can get armor design etc, diffrent mob eggs that are not possible to get atm. There are so many options. I would like to atleast see a small change or update in september.

 

There's rares outside of DPs, heads, blocks, eggs, tools, fireworks, trails, etc.

There are many players who really don’t care about rares. The Economy server has little rare trade.

If my cars not running well, I get it fixed. I don’t buy a new figurine to stick on the dashboard to distract me from the underlying issues.

 

I don't really have much to add (or take away) from the suggestion, but I do just wanna comment as a long time player how funny it is to me seeing posts like this, because the idea that the "server is dying" has probably been talked about every single month since the server started. Personally I tend to attribute this feeling less to any failings of the server and more just due to the fact that skyblock itself is...kinda niche, limited, and somewhat easy; it doesn't take an experienced minecraft player long to reach the endgame of skyblock on this server, and once you're there...it can absolutely get boring and tedious.

With that said, I don't disagree that it is frustrating when it appears that little or no progress is getting made on suggestions. I know the server doesn't have a fulltime developer, but it still does sting when you see good suggestions (or make them) and the community gets excited about it...only for nothing to happen for months with little to no communication. (And like Drogo said - that's because this type of stuff basically falls into the hands of one man who I imagine doesn't spend all of his time reading each suggestion on the forums)

But again - I just find these doomer-type posts really funny, personally.

Not to offend you but you only joined quite recently and I didn’t even join very long ago but the server is kinda falling off and there should be some sort of content boost like OP is suggesting

i feel like /quests should be a thing on /skyblock i also think that more rares should not be added.
