why do you need the customer to screen record?

wouldnt it then make more sense if *you* screen recorded..?

I think that's a very generous offer
Maybe just screenshot your end what items and it will be fine. Most players won't have screen recorders. But to offer a repair service is a great way to support players needing items fixed quick in game. ✨️

 

If you want security I recommend exchanging the items via chests so that way you have a way to check who took the item in and out instead of having to record, that way you can do it all in game without the need of extra software (although my method requires a moderator if things go south, but considering if things did go that way you'd be in contact with one regardless)

 

From my (very quick) research Windows market share is >70%. Assuming similar demographics are true for Skyblock, that means >70% of players have recording software built in.

 

This is true but for the last 6 years I have struggled to press Windows+G to open the gamebar for recording and have to look up on YouTube where to click to start and stop every time ;( pls spare a thought for the technologically inept like me

 

But you have the software.

 

i don't necessarily think this is an enticing offer, most people just ask in chat and then someone's like "sure, i'll fix it for you" and then they fix it for you. no need to make it harder than it has to be.
