Hello everyone Happy day if you’re reading this. I’ve been noticing lately there has been an increased amount of spam/ad bots in the server. Maybe we can get a plug-in to prevent spam-bots? It’s not that difficult to make, as I’ve created one before, for an old server I used to be an admin on. Let me knowww what you guys think!

 

There's already a plugin for a lot of spam from a single account (limit seems to be 1/s for an extended period (I had notes of it somewhere but I think I deleted them)). Would definitely be a good idea to prevent spam from multiple accounts sending the same message. (though, a custom solution probably isn't needed)

 

Yes please! Particularly since it doesn't seem like anything is going to happen with chat ad spam on survival now...

 

I'm not sure how to upvote ur post but I really want this! So many people have been advertising their casinos on chat non-stop lately and, honestly, it's so tiring! I've seen people go so far as advertising every 4-5 minutes! If this keeps going on, chat will grow into a spamming chat, and surely a big turn-off for new players!
