Do you think this punishment was incorrect? Yes and no. I was warned and immediately fixed it. Yet was banned for it before it was double checked. The person “not knowing is my beautiful GF she just didn’t know I had it set but didn’t care”
Why should you be unbanned/unmuted? Yes I had had corrected it immediately after the warning and trim didn’t double check before the ban it was fixed.

Hi, the issue being fixed doesn’t change the fact you had a picture of a servers members cleavage without their knowledge as your profile banner. This is a really inappropriate thing to do and you know it was as you had changed it and made a comment saying “I wonder how long until I’m told off” which means you were aware what you were doing was against our rules. You continue to break our rules through various ways, from being inappropriate to actively trying to get rises out of members and yet you don’t change your behavior. You have two other warnings for being inappropriate, how do we know this behavior won’t repeat itself again? Even if she didn’t care that the picture was there, you still should’ve asked as this is wildly inappropriate to have. You put that picture there without her consent, and the picture was very clearly aimed at her chest and nowhere else. I know if my boyfriend set a picture of me like that without asking if it was okay first I would be upset.

Can you guarantee this behavior won’t repeat itself and you will change how you act on this server? And are you aware of the fact that if you don’t change after this ban you will be re-banned with little to no chance of appeal?

 

Just to get this done bc a certain person asked me to I can guarantee it won’t and yea ik I won’t get unbanned again if it happens. May I suggest in the case of moderating in general be equal amount all mods? I mean technically cursing is against the server rules yet you see devil doing it all the time and never gets in trouble yet you hop in chat and one of us normal players drop the ol f bomb we get warned. Why is that allowed. If you would like I can just start taking ss of mods breaking the rules and open a thread all about it later on

Ummm trinity not tryna be rude but forums says when you were last active I’ve checked a couple times throughout the day it said 12pm then 1pm then 2 then 3 and I’ve yet to get this finnished up. I have a feeling your doing this so it takes longer for me to be unbanned witch is very un professional and I feel like that should be mod abuse. I wil say I cannot confirm this theory but it seems pretty possible

 

You say you’ve read our rules but yet you’re quoting rules that don’t exist? Mild cursing is allowed according to our discord rules. If you would like to be unbanned early, I want you to restate the rules in your own words to make sure you’ve read them and understand them. I haven’t been active prior to 4 pm since I slept until 3 pm then left for work, and I have been working since then. Please don’t accuse me of doing stuff on purpose when you don’t know the process of appeals, as part of the reason it’s took me a while to reply is the team has been discussing your bans. This really doesn’t look good on you, and you need to have patience. My life does not revolve around this server, it does not revolve around these forums, and especially not this appeal, so I will reply to this when I have the time to.

And when you say “bans” this is the first time I can ever recall a ban unless one had happend while I was offline for no reason. Warnings and mutes I’ve had. But yea just deny it idc anyways. Was just doing it bc other members of the server asked me to appeal as the enjoy my rare presence.

 

You don’t seem to be taking this appeal very seriously, you’re brushing off a very simple request that we ask on most appeals. I hope when your ban is expired that you return to our server and have changed your behavior.
