¡Hola! mi nombre es_TheMasterPanda3 y me gustaría que el equipo de STAFF SKYBLOCK cuente con unas personas de diferentes países con diferentes idiomas (obvio que también se puedan comunicar con el inglés), Se para poder desarrollar más la experiencia de los usuarios al servidor, tanto como el servidor de discord como en discord cuenten con esas personas y que se pueda también comunicarse de manera que estén en el mismo tiempo/hora y no estar molestando a las demás personas que estén descansando
We don’t promote based on language spoken and is taken as a bonus when staff do speak another language. We will do more to visibly indicate which staff speak other languages but we cannot have coverage of all languages spoken. As this server is English speaking we accommodate where we can and we have staff who can be called on. However we cannot promote solely based on language spoken as that doesn’t guarantee quality in other areas. We cannot control the staff applications we get given either. There is not a refusal by any means to promote those who speak another language. We just have to make do with the resources we have which is what we always strive to do.
I think a discord channel with "Some" language coverage would be a good bonus. Users which are not staff can also chip in for just general help. But I think those channels should be focused on support, and not full open discussions. Because then you'd have to moderate those channels.
Just wanted to inform you that we do currently accommodate with a player-open help forum within our discord server. In that sense, players are welcome to assist as their capabilities will allow them to. This does include the covering of non-english languages should it be necessary. Otherwise, tickets can be opened and staff members which are able to respond in a non-english language typically do. In any other circumstance, we are able to rely on translators should they be necessary.
Espanol: Algunos empleados pueden hablar diferentes idiomas, pero no solo promueven al personal por hablar diferentes idiomas. Sin duda sería genial tener un canal para que la gente hable en su lengua materna! Lo siento si mi español es malo, estoy un poco oxidado tbh English: Some staff may speak different languages, but they don't just promote staff for speaking different languages. It would Definitely be cool to have a channel for people to speak in their native language though! Sorry if my spanish is bad im a bit rusty tbh
