You Can Do that

 

Do not put [Donor] in your application title.
Do not make multiple application threads.
Do not use other players threads to flame, spam or advertise your own application.
Put your location in your application title such as [USA], [EUROPE] etc.
Do not advertise your application

 

Its allowed in signatures.
