Inactive Island expansion transfer?

    Hello,

    I am not able to log into my old alt account "WadiiGotAlt2" anymore because of migration (lost access to the email the account was made with) but it is currently on a 199x199 expanded island. Is there a way to have the island expansion transferred to my other account ("ShopNGamble")? It would be very helpful if this is possible since I still am working with Tebex to be able to make purchases again so I can't just buy another expansion right now.

    Do you have a receipt from when you got the expansion? I don't see it in your purchases or in any purchases gifted to wadiigotalt2.

    sadly I do not have a receipt to show the expansion purchase. It was a few years ago so I have no idea where the email went. Is there a way to see what account bought that expansion? Maybe I bought it under the name of one of my alts?

    Would they not be able to /visit the account and check how big the island is? Or would that not really be proof

    I do need to find the Tebex entry for the purchase no matter which account it was bought under. Do you have any names for me to try?

    Is this something anyone can request should they be able to show the receipt or is it only under certain circumstances?

    It should only be done if you've lost access to the account owning the island. We can also move expansions if you accidentally reset and got new coordinates and lost the old expansion but we will need to confirm the old island was destroyed (rather than transferred or sold to someone else).
