So every now and then a wanderer trader comes to spawn and i feel like the odds of getting the "better items" such as netherite scrap and other valuebles is just not as high for people without a rank then for people with a rank. Because /fly is allowed at spawn it means people with /fly can fly way faster to the spot then people without a rank which makes limited deal such as netherite scraps (which is only available 5 times) way harder to get. Not saying its impossible tho since i already obtained it one time but that was pure luck.
it was just luck that time, and its unfair since people are alot faster. which basically makes it p2w.
i wouldn't say it's p2w if there are better money making methods, also netherite scrap is extremely hard to get and is only used for making your tools a different color (as you'll probably apply mending anyways.)
I support the idea, hacks aren't allowed at public warps, though /fly is a purchased item that enables flying rather than a hack. Yes fly gives players a quicker advantage to get to the trader first, but you can also wait at spawn on the hour ready for the trader to spawn in front of you. I support the idea as a concept, though there are other ways to get to the trader first that don't require flying or hacks.
even if you camp at spawn on the hour, if u stand at the wrong location, it doesn't matter because all people will fly will just fly there in 1 - 2 seconds and u have to talke a walk of 20 seconds. before u arrive its sold out.
