well.. cheese obviously. it's not a good pizza without cheese. but if we aren't talking about default toppings here, like cheese, then black olives is a must have on my pizza.
I'm actually very interested in what this would taste like. I've never had duck or plum sauce before. What would you compare the taste to?
Duck is a rich but delicious bird, Bella Italia restaurants do a shredded duck alorange but with plum sauce. Its a sweet but bbq ish recipe that works really well with chilli and peppers and onions on pizza. Definitely one of my faves if I go there
