Implemented Allow /raffle in the Nether

    You shouldn’t have to leave the Nether to buy raffle tickets! Enable the raffle/lottery plugin in the Nether. I see no reason why it should be disabled and I don’t like losing my place in the Nether because I had to return to my island to buy tickets.

    Sounds like a gambling issue more than a bug issue lol :smirk: :blush:

    But sure I support it. Some commands are disabled in the nether for reasons that make sense, so it could be raffle was over looked too
