Implemented Make /pi work for offline players again

    Yeah so it got disabled sometime idk when like probably with 1.19 update but I like to stalk random people’s accounts so give us offline /pi back.

    fr its annoying to have to ask people what rank some offline people are 0r when your trying to find info on them, /pi is just the same as hovering over their name in chat now...
