Resolved Recieved Kit but didnt get

    As post says I rolled the legendary crate. I had 5 slots in inv open but I received the skytitan kit. Said that I dont have enough space but still received the kit. When I go to try to claim rewards or use kits I dont see it anywhere and I'm told that its lost. I dont see in rules or anywhere I can find that says that you need more than 1 slot for the kit. What happened and why did I not receive it?

    The kits you get from crates are one time kits. The total slots needed for skytitan kit is 14. Unfortunately if you don’t have enough space in your inventory, you don’t get the kit. Since you were unaware of this, I can replace the kit for you. What is your username, i’ll organise delivery of a replacement.

    Its ValorianthKing. Is there a way to put a sign in from of the kits to warn people in the future?

    That’s a good ideas. I’ll suggest it to the rest of the team. I’ll be on shortly to give you the kit. Would you mind making sure there is enough room in your inventory for me to deposit the items?

    maybe make it so that crates give a special item that u can right click to claim or smthng for kits

    like a piece of paper "Skytitan Kit". this could be a new type of rare; being able to be sold to other players?
