Resolved what is going on here

    so as you can see my inventory is has empty slots but i cannot claim my kit
    anyone know why?

    Skytitan takes like 12 slots.

    If your inventory has gone unchanged since this (which I'm assuming as you have the same amount of grass (36)), you only have 10 slots available. This shouldn't happen unless you do not have the allocated slots available. I think there is a suggestion to bring back the overflow into echest feature or even not allow you to claim the kit if the slots are unavailable. I'm not sure though.

    Yeah I thought it used to drop the items on the ground if you didn’t have enough space in your inventory?

    Unfortunately not anymore! It's the same with claiming kits through crates. If you don't have the space available, you don't get it at all.
