Declined Allow People privated to chests open them even when not trusted

    Just like I said in the title. It would be so cool if people who are included in a private chest on ur island to be able to open it even if not trusted or having opening chests on in settings.

    Results in unnecessary coupling, right now every protection system sits at a fix priority.
