I would suggest adding a Skyblock server for Bedrock edition. E.g. be.skyblock.net or pe.skyblock.net. BE stands for Bedrock edition and PE for pocket edition.

 

So you mean making an entirely new server? Hmm, I'm not sure honestly.

 

Or just using GeyserMC and then having both bedrock and java players on the same one.
