My online name that I usually go by is Reba Rose, basically everyone knows me by this name. I am 16 years old, turning 17 in December. I am in grade 10, and I go to a very prestigious school! I hope to complete my full years of highschool this year, even though I am only in 10th grade. I have had YouTube channels in the past with more than 1,000 subscribers! One of them is still up and running right now, which I am very surprised about. My dream is to go to college to study criminal justice, so I can hopefully become a police officer that can change the world for the greater good!

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence?

Yes, my device that I usually play Minecraft on has an app called ‘snipping tool’, which makes taking screenshots of the game a breeze! It’s quite intuitive to use, and the steps to take a screenshot are simple. For capturing video footage, I can use the Xbox Bar on my computer which lets me capture videos in a split second.

How long can you be active on our platforms everyday?

I can be on Discord and Minecraft whenever I am free. Since it's summer, I can spend up to 10 hours each day on both platforms! However, once school starts, my availability will be limited to afternoons and evenings. Since my school runs from 8 AM to 12 PM, I'll be able to go online during the afternoons and evenings!

Have you ever been banned on any platform?


I have been banned once. I got caught up in terrible server drama with people I considered my friends. I believe I looted a player's island once, and I deeply regret it. I was influenced by peer pressure from other players on the server, and I promised myself to never engage in such actions again.

Do you have any past moderation experience?

My moderation experience is mostly on Discord. But, I am a staff helper for a Minecraft Server called “SMP Pride ''. SMP Pride is a small SMP server for fellow LGBTQIA+ people, and people who want to be accepted by others, with people who don’t seem to care about other people’s opinion.

Why do you think you should become a staff member?

I am confident in my ability to contribute to the server because I have been searching for a community where I can be myself without fear of judgment and experience acceptance from others, all while supporting others as well. When I was around 12 years old, I came across a Skyblock server that quickly became my passion. I believe it was called 'arcade' or something similar. My love for that server ran deep, but as the years passed, I struggled to locate it again despite my hard efforts. Being part of a server where I feel like I have found a family is important to me, because I enjoy being in a server around people who are my close friends, and people who may look up to me!

Strengths

Leader
I see myself as a dedicated and effective leader in every aspect of my life. This quality proves beneficial in all my group and partner projects. Additionally, it equips me to handle peer pressure and actively contribute to various teams.

Generosity
Generosity really has an impact on my life, both positive and negative qualities can come from being generous. When I feel like someone needs my time, I dedicate my time to them, and I also provide assistance to those who may need it. Don’t get me wrong, giving gifts is not what generosity is all about. Generosity can also involve caring for one another, and dedicating your time to help them become a better person!

Loyalty
Loyalty is the act of being trustworthy to one another. This means that if someone is speaking negatively about you to another person, a loyal individual would either end the conversation or ensure they do not speak poorly about you to anyone. Loyalty can take on various forms; if someone betrays your trust, it becomes difficult to trust them again, correct? And you would believe that they are not loyal to you. The reason why loyalty is my strength is because I ensure that I treat my neighbors with respect and always fulfill my promises.

Understanding Problems
Out of all my strengths, I believe that being understanding is the best one, because whenever drama or an argument arises, I ensure to empathize with the other person's perspective so that I can handle the situation appropriately. I am understanding towards everything and everyone, even those who mistreat me!

Kindness
Kindness can be used in various situations. It can be employed to achieve your desires, and it can also be utilized to demonstrate that you are not as troubled as others claim you are. Being kind is both my strength and my weakness because it can be used against me, and for me!

Weaknesses

Impulsivity
One of my weaknesses is being impulsive. I can say one thing, and the next moment, I might mean something completely different. I am putting in a lot of effort to overcome my impulsivity, especially considering that I have BPD which makes it challenging to control my impulsive behaviors. Nevertheless, I am determined to ensure that my words align with my intentions!

Hi, I’m not that active ingame so I can’t really comment on that, but I would like to see you more on the Discord personally. You also did just meet the requirements, which isn’t that big of a deal but I feel like you should still raise them and engage more. Another thing about your requirements is that you’re required to have 2FA required but you don’t have the forums trophy for it, but it couldve just not came through yet.

I’m neutral for now as I do want to see you around more (so the community knows you)

No support, after looking at your youtube channel for less than 1 minute I found out that you have been exposed several times (???) for being toxic and mean! Toxic and mean people are bad and I believe in kind people ruling the staff team! (I think kindness and niceness are very powerful and the only way for integration in such a high power as the skyblock staff team)

 

No support due to the lack of activity on Eco

 

I may rate 2 out of 5 stars from me which is a (non-support/neutral) due to having no recent appearance on the economy server and not having two factor enabled which there is no trophy stating that.

I recommend if you want a more successful application It's best to increase performance on all platforms and more positive communication. (Even though I may have seen you on sometimes in-game on survival and discord)

 

i see what you're saying, and i agree. the thing is all of those things were in the past with me, that's what you're seeing.

 

It was 3 months ago. You provided multiple reasons in your own video on why we shouldnt support you. You used the r word. Threatened to use the n word. You recently had to make another apology video 10 days ago.

 

I originally posted this feedback before I knew some of the stuff I do now.

I’m going to have to no support you, after finding out some stuff I do not think you are fit for staff. In the few months, you have been called out multiple times for being toxic/rude and people have even posted screenshots of you saying stuff like the r word or joking about saying the n slur. Ontop of this, there also are screenshots posted of you telling people to kill themselves. This is not the behavior a staff applicant should be displaying, this behavior is quite alarming. I really think you need to properly address these issues, as in any of the apology videos you’ve posted you don’t even show remorse or admit to anything.

Oh. I honestly thought there may be potential to support you if you kept up activity, but after looking at other comments and even seeing stuff myself is a lot of red flags. I believe people can change, but the fact this was so recent is off putting.

 

I suddenly had to push down from my previous status on your application due to that there was a few things that I looked at in your channel which wasn't appropriate at all and the fact that this was recent.

Having a excessive bad behavior to people and things that you said before you applied isn't a good material that a staff member can have. plus it's not okay to be saying things to people about suicide and threatening to use slurs directly to anybody.

I'm not a person to show no support, especially as I like to support and see people become better at who they are.

But this is really something else.

Unless Reba can show to us all that these actions are staying in their past, and they are willing to improve on their compassion and empathy towards other people, I do not feel like Reba would make a good staff candidate at this time.

A picture speaks a thousand words, and those screenshots of how they interact with people give off major red flags.


If this changes and Reba improves over time, with how they interact with players on a social level, then I may stand to move towards supporting. Best of luck
