Hey everyone! My name is Tracy. IGN is Artz___. Thats with 3 underscores. I joined Sky Block on July 15th 2019 and I've been here perty consistanly every since. Thats over 4 years now! (I wish I had been around for D400) I figured now, was as good a time as any, to make an introduction, and use it as a segues into being active on the forums! Lets start with some real life information about me; I am 29 years old, but I will be turning 30 in early August! I am the proud parent of a wonderful 9 year old girl. She is my world. She is the reason I got into minecraft in the first place. And she is probably better at building than I am! Career wise, I am an Executive Chef. It is a great job, but it comes with its own set of struggles, including things like long hours, and traveling long distances for work contracts. But the traveling is also a blessing as I have been to many areas, of the United states, that I, otherwise, would never have visited. Though, work limits the time I have to explore the areas I visit. With all that being said, being a chef is NOT an easy job, and I would not wish it upon anyone. Lol. The job does, however, leave me with the chance to not work for months at a time, giving me free time to be a nerd on SB. (I have to choose to accept contracts, so when I dont need the money, I dont work lol) I wanted to be a marine biologist growing up, so now that has translated over to an extreme passion for all things ocean. I love it, I love everything to do with it. I can talk about the ocean all day. My favorite Bands include Tool and The Smashing Pumpkins. I love many other bands, but those are my favorites. I am also very into physical fitness. I work out almost every day and I have recently gotten into Free Climbing. Free Climbing is extremely risky, but it gives me such a rush! As well as, it pushes my body to the limits, and forces me to overcome those limits. I used to live in Florida where I would scuba dive, but that is not really an option here in Ohio, where I live now. Anyway... thats enough about IRL Artz. If you have any more questions about me, feel free to ask. Now lets move on to some in game info! Like I said before, I have been here over 4 years. In that time, I have watched so many players come and go. I have seen greenies become titans, and titans get banned for absolutely anything you can think of. In that time I have made some wonderful friends. You all know who you are, and I thank you so much for all the wonderful times! I hope there are many more to come! In the time that I have been here, I have built many builds and worked on many public projects. I am currently working on a PVP island for public use! As well as, I am trying to make my island a bit more noob friendly. It is also always a thrill to help Grepatue with his redstone casino monstrosities. (I mean that with love) I remember starting on server, and making a barn to sell crops out of. I thought I was so cool. Then it expanded and things got... weird... Twisty hallways leading to randomly themed shop rooms. It was cute... but not very efficient. So I changed things up to a beautiful (IMO) sky dock with mulitple ships that had goods for sale on them. And a great cliff face with many casinos in it! That was when I realized I was addicted to SB. I HAD to have more of the grass. I love this server. I cant play any other servers because I just get bored with them. SB is my minecraft home. I plan on playing here, until the server dies. (Hopefully that day never comes) I do my best to spread a positive mindset, and I answer peoples questions whenever I can. To be honest, these days, I get most of my enjoyment, from the server, by helping people. I want to get my public pvp island set up soon! It will have multiple floors with different themes for players to pvp. And I will be hosting battles for prizes on occasion. I am also working on a casino island where I plan to rent out casinos to players, so that we can all gamble in one place! I just constructed an industrial island to farm free food to give out at my island. (I think I have too many alts...) Now I enjoy talking to so many of you! I couldnt imagine a better, more genuine group of people. (Friggin trolls) I cant wait to enjoy many more years of Sky Block, with you amazing people.
