Alfredo with parmesan encrusted chicken with a homemade base/sauce and some good seasonings is my personal fav! Lasagna with garlic bread as a bed for my lasagna is a CLOSE second though
One of the things I miss since moving a year and a half ago is I foolishly lefty behind my pasta roller. Only used it about twice a year, but I did this killer wild mushroom ravioli with my very bright, basil-heavy red sauce. No kitchen space for a new one at the moment but that will change soon. First order of business will be getting back into the bagel game, second will be a new pasta roller.
