Hello Eli, thank you for appealing. Given your recent reaction on your profile and to staff, you seem to already know what the ban revolves around. Would you want to explain in detail how the situation went when you wagered a guardian spawner against a shulker of grass?
Well, as you said, i wagered a guardian spawner against a shulker of grass and i won. Its that simple. The machines dont lie.
When you wagered these items, the lights indicated that the other player was the winner, not you. Except the machine malfunctioned where items got stuck in the water chamber, so no one actually received the items. Instead of trying to get the items back by pressing the buttons again, you went ahead and claimed the winnings in the process when all of the items happened to flow to you, even though (1) you later learned that the other player was the actual winner, (2) the machine was not functioning properly at the time, and (3) there was no agreement on rerolling. You had no right to take the winnings, the items should have each been returned to the player it came from.
Well then i could just argue that the lights were broken, no? And the items flow'ed to me because i was the true winner. Well anyways, Even if thats true, i never intended to scam him. I just thought i was the true winner. And anyways the only item i have of value rn is worth about 1.7DC and i will pay him back. But i still shouldnt be banned because of the machine being broken because i had no knowledge of it.
The items flowed to you because both of you pressed the buttons again, but there was no agreement on rerolling. Nor should there be one, the machine broke; you return the items and that's that. You cannot argue that the lights were broken either, because you also learned that it was only the water chamber that wasn't working properly; the lights did function properly. Though, let's assume that the lights were indeed broken. You got your winnings and sold everything for a drop party head, which you then wagered at the machine against another drop party head. Miraculously the same bug occurred and the items got stuck, but this time it was the other way round: your light was turned on, indicating you as winner. And after a piece of info from the maker of the machine you no longer assumed that the lights were broken, so you took the winnings yet again (without rerolling!) in a reversed scenario.
Well my bad, i never intented it too be like that, ill pay him back ill sell the dp head, just revoke the ban please. i wanted to start fresh. So much for that smh.
In the future it's best to be more truthful about it and communicate more since on our end it didn't seem like you had any intent in making things right. If it were a couple grass blocks I wouldn't be so harsh on you but the situation regards a full shulker of grass and a malfunctioning machine. We're currently doing tradebacks for all the relevant items, so you won't have to do that. Once we are done with that I will close this appeal and unban you in-game.

Essentially we're reverting only the initial wager, but that does mean we have to revert your head trades yes. When everything is put back in place you will receive a shulker of grass plus 9 stacks of grass and a dragon egg. The head you owned has been given back to the player you traded with.
Well I mean u may aswel keep the head in my inventory since chif owed me that from a cf too hence why he just dropped me it
If it was a coinflip instead of a trade, chif gets to keep the head. You wagered a head that doesn't belong to you after all.
