Hi Moeed, I'll be taking care of your appeal today. You received a mute for inappropriate language in the chat, including the use of a slur. As you were warned just last week about keeping language appropriate for the chat, you received a mute to allow you some time to reflect on the situation and hopefully keep the language crispy clean going forward. I'm glad to see you've re-read the rules and will discontinue the use of foul language in the chat, but at this time I'm not inclined to lift the mute due to the multiplicity of chat rules about language broken simultaneously yesterday. Are there any further points of clarification or explanation you wish to provide?
Hello!! thank you for replying!! Knowing me, I would have probably said something rude or said a bad word. I think i was a little rude or something because I was having a bad day, although of course that doesn’t excuse me from saying anything rude. I apologize, and I understood why I received this. Thanks for letting me know! I thought that whatever i had said was not related to the mute. Also, can you clarify what a “slur” is? is it a bad word like a swear? I am confused. Thank you!
