    Hi Jane.

    During the process of a staff member being inducted, there are lots of things for them to learn. Similarly to past successful applicants, their applications may stay open for a day to a couple of days after their promotion whilst their mentor teaches them how to operate some staff features.

    Once this happens the application will be closed. : )

    After recent events I will now be leaving a no support. I did not like the way you handled the situation that you where a part of. I except staff members to not factor in there emotions when dealing with punishments and found the way you handled yourself and the situation unprofessional.

    I am not surprised that you got promoted to the rank of helper, as the staff team seems to like you. Going forward however I hope that you will respond to events in the future in a more professional manner. To help with this I strongly suggest reviewing the rules to familiarize yourself with them as you will be needing to handout punishments accordingly and to not set a bad example of the staff team.

    I hope your actions and decision making are better in the future, because you are now apart of the staff team. It would be a shame to make their bad reputation worse.
