when i first re-joined the server after years of not playin i expressed i came from a very intense Redstone based server to one of my friends. she said prove it so i made this within a week, its all custom built and designed by me the eco island this is on is /visit algolc if you want me to change the image let me know its setup so ppl cant change the image on their own to reduce the risk of it running non stop and lagging the server ect specs of minecraft computer basic function: this is ment to display a series of images in a working 9 slots of rom data rom data for those who dont know: rom is memory thats semi permanent but can be changed if needed the display specs: there is on board RAM (local memory) to remember the last image to wait for the new one to load before swapping< two circut breakers 1 for unlocking the RAM to new data and the other for resetting the screen when ready. the complications i experienced when making this computer Redstone limit like a piston limit exists on the server so too many Redstone updates in a chunk at a time = system crash issue 2 the space i was given was odd so i had to create a buss nightmare from the ROM to the display handling issue #1 in order to reduce the amount of lag alot of calibration was done to make things not fire randomly aswell as timing things in such a way to cause minimal lag, this also let me handle the redstone limit in limiting the speed of how the system runs handling issue #2 the rom storage the shift restrictor to select which image is being displayed i hope yall enjoy this build and if you ever have any redstone inquiries or questions my discord is always available for dms

Dexuby any idea why these images seem to not load for some people, from kerahna : Kerahna — Today at 12:16 AM weird, it doesn’t work if i’m not logged in [12:16 AM] if i log out then it looks like what you see (edited) [12:19 AM] you might want to ask dexuby about this. I don’t know why it is acting like that. Otherwise might be best to upload off site rather than to the forum, and then embed the picture into your post.
