When I was placing one of my spawners, the server lagged and it placed both spawners down when I only wanted one down, I would appreciate it if a Admin or server operator could help me get one spawner back.

Moderators don't have creative on .org.
CypriotMerks can probably do it for you, don't destroy the spawners.
