• Do you think this punishment was incorrect? No, Itake all responsibility for my actions.
• Why should you be unbanned/unmuted? Well, I think my ban was incurred around a year ago when I impersonated Kerahna, and started talking to the staff as a joke really (this was when I was still a greenie, basically just joined and had no relationship or connections with anyone, so I didn't really care about the server), but then a staff member (i honestly cant remember who) banned me permanently for impersonation. Now reading through past Discord appeals, I can see that exceptions are rarely (or even never) made for permanent bans, but I really think I've changed over this year. I've played so much with others, forged deep friendships and put so much effort into this server that now I've realized just how much of a mistake I made. Now I'm a skytitan, play almost nearly day and it just feels like somethings empty when I remember that I've been banned from the discord server, and now I'm ready to return to the community as a new person and follow the rules and code of conduct.

SWEARING
So users are allowed to swear midly and occasionally, but excessive swearing and using very bad words is strictly forbidden.

SPAMMING
Spamming in any channel, including the voice channels is not allowed on the server and can result in a punishment. This includes (in text channels), sending the same message a bunch of times and/or sending long strings of random letters and numbers. In voice channels, this can include things like ear rape, using voice changers or similar to annoy others, etc.

DISRESPECT
Disrespect to any member of the servers, including the staff is strictly forbidden and will result in punishment. This can include slurs and hate speech.

TROLLING
Trolling is when you do something that you know will cause damage to others. This can be things like directing inappropriate terms to others, hurting others with hate speech, arguing pointlessly with others and more.

HARASSMENT
Harassment is also forbidden on all the servers and can include things like targeting others with messages, slurs or directing hate speech.

DISCRIMINATION
Discrimination is when you exclude someone from something because of something about them. This can include discriminating against others for their race, sexuality religion, etc.

THREATS
Threats are phrases or words that are used to emotionally or physically harm others. This can include threatening to kill someone or someone close to them, threatening to ddos, threatening to dox and more.

ADVERTISING
Advertising is when you tell others about a server (discord or minecraft) that is not owned by Noobcrew. This is mainly done by dming others or sending links in text channels and is not allowed unless you have permission from the staff to do so.

PUNISHMENT EVADING
Punishment evading is when you bypass a punishment you have and is mainly done by creating an alternative account. Doing this can result in a bigger punishment so its best not to do it

INAPPROPRIATE/NSFW CONTENT
Inappropriate/NSFW content is content that is not appropriate for underage users. This includes things like inappropriate images, text or links, and also talking about inappropriate subjects.
