I do think ripped off is an appropriate term to use, since /gen tells us one value, but actual values are wildly different.

 

Ripped off implies it's deliberate. The values shown with /gen are derived from the code but for what ever reason it's not working out that way.
But as that's not common knowledge, it makes sense to feel that way. But in reality, it's more just an error.
