Hello Trin!

I've taken the time to think about my decision when it comes to your application, and I've thought very long and hard about my thoughts. I believe you are capable of being a member on the staff team, and show great gratitude wherever you are. Over my time here, I've seen countless occasions where you go out of your way to help players on any given Skyblock platform. Your dedication to applying is something I've always admired about you, and I would hate for you to get overlooked when it comes down to the final decision.

Sure, a few rocky things in the past has happened, but it's all about making the change. I can say without a doubt I've seen a very very large change in maturity since I previously played a few years ago. Trin is a very kind person and goes out of her way to make positive conversation with any given player. I believe Trin deserves her shot at the staff team after countless years of applying, and at least deserves the chance to prove herself to all of us.

The only "negative" I can really say is your in-game activity, but I do see you online at times so it's not like you never come on. Maybe just a slight improvement to in-game activity, but Trin has always been an active forums users, as well as a very active Discord user. It is very good that you are also apart of the Economy community, and you do go out of your way to make sure those players are heard on that server. Personally, Trin would be an addition to the staff team and is able to bring positive attributions.

For those reasons I'm going to be supporting this application.

I personally do not see her as a good fit, the type of person she is may come off as friendly but she has zero regard for other people's feelings. She's very big on gossip and she talks bad behind her friends backs to make herself look better to others, which simply shows the type of person she is now without the ego boost of being a moderator, by giving her a moderator role on the server will only make it worse. Once push comes to shove when she gets put under a ton of stress she is the exact type of person to just drop this server and not log on for a substantial period of time. That is also not including her inactivity on the physical server.

 

I’ll be honest when I say that I forgot this application was open

I’m pulling in my application for multiple reasons, a few of them being declining mental health leaving no desire to log in or get on my computer, I’ve also become more active in other servers following my promotion in a much bigger one. Ontop of all of this, I’m currently seeking a job and will be working as much as possible so I can afford a car and other stuff. I’ve also dedicated around 2 years in applying alone, after talking to ex staff and seeing how some staff are I’ve decided that I don’t want to apply to be a part of that anymore. Ontop of that, with my time applying, if I was to be promoted I feel it would’ve happened by now.

It was a good run applying & while I enjoyed it, it’s just not at the top of my priorities anymore.

I will admit the time I talked to you and the group you are with I did gossip a lot, but I did care about feelings. And while it may seem that way with me leaving the server due to stress, anytime I’ve left the server I’ve had multiple underlying reasons - not just ‘stress.’ I just don’t air every issue I have anymore. I would’ve stayed with the server if promoted.
