I am new to skyblock. When I do a /vote it gives me 3 links to vote on. It also shows how many times I have voted and the top 10 voters.

My question is how on the first day of the month can a player have more than 3 votes. Currently a voter has 60 votes, another has 32, and a third voter has 8. The rest of the top 10 have 3. I hope there is not an issue and that there is an explination, Considering you guys give gift certificates for the top voters I hope the process is running the way it is intended. An explanation would be great.

Hi, the ropvoters list runs independent from the /vote list, which is still bugged apparantky!

I think /vote leaderboard might be glitched, leaderboards in the links are much more reliable.

 

click any of the three links, and there will be a leaderboard, im pretty sure

 

but those are only of website idk how theyd tie in as a sum to determine overall position

 

They have some website that gives them the time everyone votes and how many votes we each have (heard from someone else idk much about these voting stuff)

 

So you can vote for this server on other websites and it counts for the gift card give away? Is this by design or it just happens that way.

Is this a legal exploit anyone can use to climb the vote leaderboard list and get the gift cards?

No, there are currently only 3 websites that you can vote for the server on (if you go to the “VOTE” tab on forums there is a 4th site to vote for the server but does not give any rewards and does not count towards the monthly votes for the Gift Card)

The reason some people have more votes on the leaderboard when doing /vote is a glitch I guess they haven’t fixed yet, but it won’t affect the actual votes each month for the competition. The websites themselves have lists as well of who voted and when so they can see separately from the rankings in-game what the rankings are for the competition. You don’t need to worry about the leaderboards in game as long as you’re voting the 3 times a day on the 3 sites provided to you

• Vote links can be accessed via forums & in game by doing /vote
• /vote has a GUI where you can see personal stats and the leaderboard.
  
• There may be conflicts between leaderboard on the vote sites compared to the leaderboard in game.
  This can be due to time lag, or data refresh times.
