Many of use have pumpkin or melon farms on eco and have notice alot of pumpkins / melons lingering around when they shouldn't. This is because the crop hopper is not picking up all the pumpkins and melons some times. It just seems to fail. I suggest that this is looked into so we don't have pumpkins / melons go to waste (I want more money). I this is just a bug just tell me and I'll forget to move it to bug reports.

It has always been the case.
Drogo has to go through and clear them out from time to time and it’s painful.
Also why Drogo suggested a change to the cropper example at /warp crophopper because it’s impossible to clear out with no room for the player.

It would be great if it were permitted to use nuker on pumpkins only. It would make this task a lot easier.

 

If the amnesty forum was still around, I would admit to using nuker for the lingering pumpkins / melons from farms. But alas, the amnesty forum isn't around, so I will not admit to this.

But slightly more on topic: yea I assume this is a bug; I at least doubt it's an intended feature. There seems to be very little rhyme or reason why some the cropper misses stuff sometimes. I'd assume it happens during server shutdown or startup? Either way, it's something everyone on eco has to deal with and it's a little annoying.

 

They linger because, when the server restarts, your account is kicked and pumpkins are grown that can't be picked up in time.
