Why should you be unbanned/unmuted? I should be unbanned because it wasn’t my intention to get banned. I just wanted to play a game and have a fun night with my friends. Hi Pykea, I will be handling your appeal as I was the one who banned you. I’ll go through your post and explain a bit more about your punishment. Our Dyno bot should’ve sent you this ban message, but in case it didn’t, here is what it was: “Taking part in inappropriate/NSFW games in the public skyblock voice channels. You may not use our channels to play such games as it breaks our rules. You were warned that you had one more chance to follow our rules, your previous offences taken into account. You have used up that chance and are being permanently removed from our server.” You should have very good idea of what you have been doing wrong in the past few weeks and months as you have been warned and muted a number of times for different reasons. This is not the first time you’ve broken our rules on discord. We have evidence showing you did in fact draw inappropriate pictures while present in the skyblock discord. As said before, the Dyno bot should’ve given you your ban message. Since your removal from our platform, a number of staff members have explained your ban to you and yet you still don’t seem to grasp why you were banned. You were banned for repeatedly breaking our rules, being inappropriate and rude in our server along with disrespecting staff members on numerous occasions. No one’s intention is to be banned, and your actions over the last couple months have shown the team and myself that your behaviour has not changed and you do not feel resentful for the things you have said. We’re all for having fun with your friends, but you can have fun without participating in highly inappropriate games in our voice channels. We do not hand out bans lightly. This decision to remove you from our discord server was made by the staff team as a whole, and you will remain banned until you can prove to us that you will respect and follow our rules on all platforms. You say you accept and understand our rules and yet you don’t follow them. Why is that? Frez told you that you were close to being removed from discord and yet you still broke our rules. Your denial and ignorance of our rules and your previous punishments will not help you so please do not lie in your appeal when it comes to such things. Taking responsibility for your actions is key in an appeal, so continuing on saying “I’ve done nothing wrong” will not be beneficial. To continue in your appeal, please explain to me how you plan on changing your behaviour on our platforms and whether you will respect the community, our players and our staff. Thank you, Bree
Hi Bree! I now understand why I got permanently banned from discord. I’ve read all the rules twice and I will not give you or any other mods any problems. Like I said it wasn’t my Intention to get banned that night like I didn’t say “oh yeah ima draw inappropriate drawings and get banned” i knew I was close to the end to getting banned and that I had one last chance until I’d get banned. But that’s the reason why me and my friends made a new group chat because I knew me and other people in the call would drew bad things. I don’t remember drawing anything inappropriate in the skyblock discord until I moved servers. Would you possibly be able to show me what I drew? I don’t mean to be rude or disrespectful towards you guys, it’s just I get annoyed. If I get unbanned I will make sure to read the rules AGAIN and actually understand. Hi Pykea, thanks for your patience. I'm happy you now understand the circumstances surrounding your ban. However, you told other staff members/players that you had "no idea" why you were banned and that you didn't think you did anything wrong. I hope this is not the case still. As I said before, you weren't targeted and the other players involved also got punishments. I know you made a group chat and moved over to that, but we have logs showing your friends and yourself were in Skyblock's for over an hour before you moved over. This is not acceptable. All of you should've known better than to have stayed for that duration. I don't need to show you the evidence, but you did sketch inappropriate drawings while present in the skyblock vc. I'm not sure why you are trying to deny that you did, we have timestamped evidence. It's better to own up to your mistakes than try to hide them and lie. You seem to get annoyed very quickly when dealing with staff members or anyone that you dislike. You have repeatedly trash talked the staff team and the server. If you don't want to be here, no one is forcing you to stay. I have a very difficult time trusting that you won't continue in your disruptive and rude behaviour as I have seen you act that way more times than I can count without any apology. Thank you for saying that you will re-read the rules, we expect every appealer to do so. Again, I have seen you jump in unnecessarily on conversations many times and have said many disrespectful things to members of our community. I have seen no apology for your actions that have been spanning many months at this point. We expect every member of our community to follow our rules. You have shown that you disregard our rules and go behind people's backs to speak ill of them. At this point, I do not see enough evidence to prove to me that you have changed your attitude and behaviour. Be sincere. Just saying all the "right things" to get you unbanned is not useful.
