I was banned in december of 2020 for something called chargeback. I know that its kind of late for me to be submitting this, but I have been perm banned, and... I didn't do anything. All I know is that I was playing on the server, and all the sudden I got some sort of rank. A few minutes later, I got banned for "chargeback". Pls unban me, as I reeeeeeeaaalllly want to check up on my friends from half a year ago. If you wont, please at lest leave a response as to why. Also, I never told anyone to buy a rank for me or said anything that could have given someone the idea that I want them to buy me a rank. Please unban me, and think you for your time. P.S. pls respond as soon as possible thx!
Kerahna may be able to look into this further for you. A chargeback ban happens when you refund a purchase from our skyblock store, whether it be a rank, item or anything else on our skyblock store. If you didn't buy anything as you said, it's possible someone bought it in your name and chargebacked.
I could not find any purchases under “purj0001”. Is this the account that is banned? If so, when did it receive the free rank, do you remember what the rank was, and when did the chargeback ban happen?
yes, this is the account that is banned, and it is the only account that I play on. As I stated, I think someone else bought me a rank, maybe on accident, and then got a refund I think? Also, the time I got banned was on 2020/11/19. If I try to join the survival server, not eco, it tells me. I got the rank within about five minutes of being banned. I thought it was kinda cool, and that maybe a mod was trolling me or something. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask me.
Thanks for the date, I was able to find the purchase by VortexRAM that gifted you the rank and charged back. He also did this to a few other players. I will be able to remove the rank and ban on the account when I get in game later today.
