So I just voted and I was near my Parrot in my storage and I watched him explode after the vote fireworks went off Not the first time this happend so I suggest have vote fireworks either not cause damage or remove them completely?
Drogo alerted staff to this 5 months ago. Did so in a private message as didn’t want it becoming public knowledge as some people will now go about killing other players animals. Animal damage set to False in /settings does not stop this and it will kill the entire stack.
Yes support this was told to them a long time ago as someone lost a DP head because a villager was wearing it and someone came and voted and killed the villager. Would be great to finally actually have this issue fixed since nothing was done about that at the time and this should 100% be fixed for future issues
Aw now cupcake can't become a proper pirate rip parrot Support. First time hearing about that but hopefully it'll be fixed or smthng
I think the easier option is to remove them completely! I didn't even know there were fireworks as you are never in game when you vote anyway
SUPPORT. The vote fireworks killed my tamed cat, rip Mr. Whiskers 2.0 you will be missed. I assume this was simply overlooked when the vote fireworks were added, if this could be fixed or even removed, it would be nice. I like the fireworks, but having the possibility of killing nearby animals puts me on edge.
Drogo wonders if the fireworks would damage players? What damage would it do and would 3 votes be enough to kill some AFK player without /god and steal their items?? Likely not as the voter is not damaged.
I usually am in game when I vote, but yeah removing it completely would work too. Probably overlooked It doesn't damage other players, I just tried without pvp on and with pvp enabled and it does nothing
Support, it's inconvenient and the fireworks don't really have an impact on voting anyway, so they could even just be removed if necessary.
It should be implemented, The fireworks shouldn't have a right to execute any entities that's nearby, Support.
