By the way, I was banned a while ago for something stupid I had done/said. It was well over a year or a year and a half ago and I can't remember what exactly. I will respect the rules!!
Click on the link Agent sent you and follow the steps to get your Discord ID which is different from "username#1234".
From what I can see, you were banned for highly inappropriate language back in 2017. Though what was said is incredibly inappropriate, it was stated 4 years ago. I am willing to accept your appeal if you understand that we do not tolerate any inappropiate comments on our Discord (you can view a more in-depth description on that here).
