Hello ! Thank you for reading my suggestion, I have 2 suggestions I would like to be added. Number 1: Make an option where animals will not stack in an island. For example, you do not have to name tag a lot of animals for them not to stack, instead a setting in /settings would disable this. Number 2: Enable the option to disguise as colored sheep. Currently, when you do /d sheep <color> It says "You are not allowed to do this" I would love if this would be enabled! Once again, Thank you for reading this! I would love you opinions in the comments about this! -AncientBart
No support, stacked animals are created to help prevent/reduce lag. Wouldn’t want to ruin that. This is a nice idea. Not totally necessary but would be cool to add. Neutral : )
The stacking animal toggling option seems like a bad idea, will cause more lag :c However changing into different colour sheeps seems good! Neutral
Honestly, i'd like to see a non stacking function for smaller groups. If you have lets say < 20 mobs they won't stack on your island. But islands with mob grinders see them stacking. I've got a few snow golems running about on my island just for the theme, and sometimes I catch one of em became a x3. I wouldn't mind them not stacking considering i've got a max of 10 mobs on my island at all times anyway. But I do see the need for the stacking considering my old mob grinder got up to 30/40 mobs at the same time and stacking reduced the lag for it. Support on the colored sheep though, don't see why we couldn't have it added. Maybe add em as voter rewards the different colors who knows go fancy with it.
NOW! hi i in no way support the first one, it would cause, a massive amount of lag BUT im all down for coloured sheep anyday! support on option number 2!
no support, imo animals should actually always stack regardless of if they're named i would support for the second one, but really WHY make 2 suggestions in one just post another thread
I believe this is somewhat the case for villagers. The limit of them being in one small area is somewhere between 10 and 20, and any extra will be stacked one by one (so you'll always have 10-20 villagers, with some stacked). I don't know the details, I just woke up after a night of farming them and got that kind of composition. The devs could perhaps share this mechanic (if it exists) with other animals.
