might be best to address why you were demoted more thoroughly but that's just my opinion. resupport from me ofc

 

If my memory serves me correctly, he told very few people why he was demoted, as I believe he doesn't want everyone to know why he was demoted. I don't know why he was demoted, but I'm sure he learned from his mistakes and will use his demotion to become a better staff member than before (you were still a good mod Bert when you were one :3).

I can see why he would have chosen to keep things private but whatever he did get demoted for wouldn't have been a one time offence, I know for a fact he got a warning so imo an open explanation of why he got demoted would prove to me he has learnt from his mistakes and seems more genuine.

 

I agree with Brake My raiting (no suport) is almost entirely because u wont tell us what you did.
I my oppinion it shows a lack of accountability and responsibility
we all make mistakes and i have made alot but im honest and dont try to hide what i did as it seem you are trying to do.

Basicaly being honest forthright accountable and responsible are all inportant parts of being staff and i just dont see that from you rn.

Bump. Closing my app in 17 days aka on my applications 1 year anniversary. Don't have the time to moderate and I'm not gonna wait months possibly years just to get promoted. Already waited 3 years for that and see where I'm back at.

This is what I find wrong with the entire process of applying. The staff (or at least the ones managing applications) should be a lot more open with the applicants and what they’re doing wrong, and say what they can do to improve their current status. I knew since you were demoted there wasn’t going to be a high chance of repromotion but keep in mind that at the very least you tried - you and I learned the hard way that staff management don’t think people learn from mistakes anymore. I’ll say it as is, feel free to disagree.
