Because To my knowledge the only rule that I broke was trolling and the punishment for that should be a mute, as for the ban evasions, I was enraged that I was banned for nothing really, so I went over to the economy server and played arround for a bit, then as the mods kept visiting my island and got me banned, I snapped and just wanted to talk to the mods and expended 8 alts trying to do that, I am very sorry and have spent these last two days trying to figure out what to write here, and I just want to keep it simple and sincere, I am sorry for all that I did, I was not myself during those events, all I had on my mind was vengeance, I had just gotten banned from survival an hour earlier, then came to this server only to get banned in another hour, and boy was my blood boiling, so, after simmering down for two days, I have came to the conclusion that I am super sorry for my trolling, and supposed lag machine, Please, I am for your forgiveness. Hi arxm. Thank you for your appeal. There are a few things that stand out to me regarding your appeal that I would like to address. Clarification: (Rules broken) 1. Disrespecting members & staff of the community. 2. Trolling. 3. Punishment evading. In our rules it states you cannot evade your punishments. If you had read our rules "multiple times" you would know that this is something we do not allow. In your case you chose to evade on several accounts 1 after each other as to why I extended the ban on your main account. Why did you evade on more accounts after the first was banned? As staff, we did not target your island to "get you banned." We do not try and catch people out in what they are doing. You drew attention to yourself by trolling in the chat. Can you see now why we visited your island? While at your island we noticed you had wrote inappropriate messages in redstone on your island and went on to call us "Bad Mods." This is why we added to your ban for staff disrespect. This is something we do not tolerate at all. I understand using one account to get in contact with us but rather than using more accounts to evade, the more suitable approach would have been to create a ban appeal or reach out to me on Discord. You messaged me from hub a while after so you had other ways to message me than evading. In regards to this, every player we deal with has a different situation surrounding it dependent on the severity. At the time you had been banned on Skyblock the same day due to similar events so when these were also carried out onto Economy the same day, we were quite disappointed. You should have learnt from your Skyblock ban that what you did was against our rules. This lag machine was to do with your Skyblock ban. As you can see when you messaged saying you would crash economy we were very wary as to what would happen due to the crashes on Skyblock that day. I won't discuss the lag machine here as that is for your Skyblock appeal. I appreciate you taking the time to appeal and realising you had taken things too far and stepping away from the situation. It takes a strong mind to notice these things. I hope you can see the reason behind increasing your ban duration. Finally, I would like to get your opinion/answers on a few things. Why do you think your punishment was incorrect? Would you like me to clarify any of the rules going forward so we can prevent this from happening again? If something is unclear I am happy to answer any questions. Please tell me in your own words what evasion, trolling and staff disrespect is and why we don't tolerate it? I would also like to know, why after your previous bans and long history would you think such actions are ok? This isn't your first time breaking our rules, you've broken our rules in the past as well, and were given the chance to play again. You haven't stopped your actions.
