My account was hacked it has been a few days of trying to contact mojang/paypal, heres the story i used a mob to log in/out of my account and i think it was what stole my account even tho i had been using it for years recently i reinstalled my mods and my account got hacked i tried changing my passwords a few times and it worked but then the gmail got changed so it was gone.

I contacted mojang they then said i needed a "Transaction Id" to change the gmail back, but since my mom is the one who bought me minecraft a long time ago i had to talk to her she then lets me know that she no longer has that paypal account and now has a new one so we can no longer get the transaction id,

i am hoping i can have the SkyTitan rank i had on this server transferred to a new account which i don't currently have but i will soon buy i am just posting this now because i am sure it will take a little bit to get a response and i can buy it at any point

i hope this is the right place to make this thread either way here is the information yall probably need/want

Biggest thing you probably need is proof that this is my account and i do not know if there is anything specific i have to prove but heres all the proof i can think of:

1. Just Recently Submitted A Ban Appeal For My OnceDucky Minecraft Account Which then Got Unbanned {it was semi accidental} on this forums account

2. I am now currently playing on my alt which i also mentioned in my ban appeal Kicka__

Those are the only things i can think of at the moment but i was wondering if you guys can just check and see that i am on the same ip no clue if that is how it works tho

And last thing
The Account i would want the rank transferred to: Again i have not bought it since i am currently using my brothers account i would want to buy a new one which i can at any moment but i thought i would just post this now since it might take a while for anyone important to respond

 

I know you guys will probably want more proof i just don't know what you guys will need so please respond and tell me

 

From what I know, you can only get a rank transferred if you can provide proof you coordinated with Mojang to attempt to get your account back unsuccessfully.

 

I mean what does that mean tho? just send a screenshot of the automated email mojang sends you saying that you need a transaction id?

Alright i hope the rank was bought with my moms new paypal and not the old one as i said before she bought my minecraft account a old paypal she no longer has access to so i hope the rank was not also bought with that one

edit : also any clue how i can find the receipts?
