Saying 'Me and Dexuby' is actually correct. But the reason why people say 'someone and I' is because it is polite. In Chinese, 'I' is placed first, and others second. Many native English speakers do commonly use 'Me and someone'. Referring to someone else first and yourself second isn't exactly a 'rule', it's just a polite way of speaking. Also good for you, VGM!
