ima go with neutral for now, i definitely think its a cool concept just not exactly sure how this would effect the economy or what the cap amount of grass would be to flip. i'd like to see what other ppl have to say as well!

Im gonna go with neutral.

There is a bartender at spawn that does something quite similar to coinflip (you buy a drink, if you win you get double the money you spent but if you lose you lose the money). This has an upper and lower limit, and is unexploitable.

I don't see the need for a coinflip npc right beside the bartender.
