Do you think this punishment was incorrect?
I'm not sure, as this could be categorized as "trust abuse", but I am also not sure if it is my fault for not realizing sooner or letting others create "shops" on my plot, unintentionally allowing them to wreak havoc and/or create illegal objects on my island.

Why should you be unbanned?:
The creation of this duplication machine was not by me, and it was made by caldgreeny359. I allowed them to have a plot, and even let them extend on behalf of their other cohort. I understand if this punishment is still valid by proxy: to create something on someone's behalf, and the regulations on my mall never mentioned anything about creating illegal objects (due to me being too reluctant to make any.) but I was not aware of it being a duping machine due to it being masked as a casino. I do not have screenshots of this event, and it was such a surprise to me that I didn't believe the reporter (thanks to vvyovx for finding it out before it did anything bad.) at first. All I know is that I did not create the duping machine. I stayed out of production after the duping machine had its true identity shown. I did build some blocks, but that was before I knew it was a duping machine.
I never mean any harm to the Skyblock Economy environment, and I do not want to be a hypocrite of my own words (I usually complain about the TPS sometimes) and be the cause of my complaint. I always try to make the Skyblock community a better place and I would never, ever create a duping machine.
If my appeal is denied, all I ask is that you untrust caldgreeny359 off of my island, as I did not have the time to do so.

P.S. I have noticed caldgreeny359 has been banned on Economy as I have frequently checked the Players Online forum plugin for Economy and have noticed their absence. if my appeal doesn't get accepted, I would at least like an update on the status on my island. Please inspect any out-of-place blocks, and review the trust list, as well as images. You don't have to do these extras; you can just tell me "it's doing fine", and I'd be fine, but these additions would be heavily appreciated.

Thanks for appealing. I have taken a look at your island again and I do see that the person you were talking about (although the name was spelled wrong) was the one that made the machine.

Can you read the rules here Skyblock Official Site | Skyblock and tell me each rule in your own words?

Example:
Griefing means don't destroy people's stuff without permission.
Looting means don't steal stuff.
etc.

SKYBLOCK SERVER RULES
These rules are in place to help make the server an optimal place for all, and make sure everyone has a fair experience on Skyblock.net, Skyblock.org, and Classic.
ABUSING SERVER EXPLOITS AND BUGS
Abusing exploits and glitches is not allowed due to some glitches helping others get farther in the game faster than most.

IRL TRADING
You can't trade server items for perks outside of the server (eg 50000 grass for a random Amazon package) and perks unrelated to the server (e.g. a Mineplex subscription).
You can only trade server items for other server items, or perks on other Noobcrew servers.

GRIEFING
Griefing is disallowed on most, if not all Minecraft servers as it is causing damage to others' property. It's even worse in Survival servers, since you have to work for the object(s) in question.

LOOTING
You cannot loot items on other people's islands, for another person's items, or for a mob's inventory that isn't yours (excluding Endermen.)

SCAMMING
Scamming is taking from another player in a set deal without making and relaying your promise to them. (eg 5 grass for... ?)
It's usually done in a "I'll give you this, you give me that" format (in trading) and why we heavily endorse allowing a mod to watch the trade, or having extensive to mild documentation of the actions in the trade. However, scamming can be done in other ways.

PLAYER KILLING
Killing players isn't allowed without consent, or when it's used for trolling. If you want to prevent being a victim of player killing, use /pvp to toggle the ability to hit/be hit.

ALT LIMIT
There is a limit to how many alternative accounts you can habe logged into Skyblock at once. Usually it's two, but in Skyblock and Classic, it's four.

ISLAND FARMING
There are guidelines to how much items/what items you can keep while moving islands. If it's for expensive/rare resources like dirt, or Buckets, it's illegal to transfer and/or trade. Island farming is taking advantage of this to essentially duplicate the resources you get in Skyblock, and, as such, isn't allowed as it's used as a boost against other players.

ILLEGAL TRADING
Don't trade items that are considered illegal to other players, listed [here].

ILLEGAL HACKING
Hacks aren't allowed on Skyblock, due to them giving you an advantage against other players, or a ranked ability for free.
However, optimizations, like OptiFine, or TrauPho's Skyblock mod are allowed and accepted on Skyblock grounds.

ADVERTISING
Advertising non-Noobcrew servers, Realms, or worlds is not allowed regardless of platform.

BLACKMAIL AND THREATS
Blackmailing is the act of asking someone of something in a way that is only accepted due to having something from them, something that they want, or ownership of an item/island.

INAPPROPRIATE UGC
UGC is User Generated Content, which is skins, builds, or usernames made by users and not the content creator itself. Illegal, offensive, or reactive content is not allowed on Skyblock and will get you a punishment.
This includes spam, harassment, and defamation of other people's content (either vandalism or impersonation), and can get you banned or your nickname changed.

MALICIOUS LINKS
The Internet is a scary place, and due to this, Skyblock has a limit to what you can link to in your content. You cannot link to pornography, malware downloads, or illicit/illegal content.

FALSE REPORTING
Creating, spreading, and manipulating forged information to get another person punished is not allowed on Skyblock. This also encompasses harrassment and endangerment.

PUNISHMENT EVASION AND ALT ABUSE
Abuse of alternative accounts for personal gain is not allowed on Skyblock. Use of these alternative accounts to evade punishment, spam, or deface content is considered punishable.
