Pretty sure I know the answer but will ask it anyway.
If I purchase two spawner kits on one account, do I get 2 per week in /kit spawner?

 

I do not think so. There is only 1 /kit, and this kit resets every week. When you buy it, all this does is execute a command that gives you permissions to the kit - nothing more, nothing less.
